Railmark provides Track Work Services and offers environmentally safe railroad lubricants and other products through its Railmark Track Works (RTW) subsidiary. Railmark provides full-service track construction, maintenance, inspection, and special track maintenance services through its network of RAIL SERIVCE CENTERS and mobile crews who work all over the United States. Railmark’s ECORail® products division (www.ecorail.net) offers products and services that can add life to your rail facility in an environmentally sustainably manner.

Track Work Services provided by Railmark include:
- Certified Track Inspections: Railmark uses its own “Nine Point” Track Inspection format which considers the usage of the track facility and the applicable standard or regulatory requirement, then develops a three-year action plan. Railmark’s Track Inspection reporting and recommendations are designed to move the state of the track into full compliance and then to a “Pro-Active” state where track maintenance can be planned and budgeted.
- Track Repair & Maintenance: Railmark has responsive teams who work all over the U.S. We take the mystery out of track maintenance with our approach to effective track maintenance management. - New Track Facility Construction: Railmark builds new track facilities from the ground up and with more modern methods that are less intrusive on the environment. Railmark is keen to the engineering standards of new track facilities and works with the owners to exceed engineering standards and objectives.
- Customed Track Maintenance Services: Depending upon the need, Railmark’s crews can provide a customed approach to your track maintenance needs, such as scheduling a certain number of hours each month or quarter to lubricate and adjust switches, tighten bolts, check gauge, and perform ongoing track maintenance tasks to ensure your track facility is safe and always available for use.
- Embedded Track Maintenance Services: Let Railmark be your track department. For larger track facilities Railmark can provide all the manpower, equipment, and inventory for a complete outsourcing of your track maintenance department.
- NEW in 2023! Friction Management Programs: Railmark is offering turn-key programs with the installation of wayside lubricators and providing a custom inspection package to keep the lubricators full and in full operating standards. Railmark uses its ECORail® Rail Curve and Top of Rail lubricants which are EPA-approved and USDA-sanctioned which not only provides exceptional wayside lubrication but is completely safe for the environment, your employees, and the public. Use of Railmark’s ECORail® products will officially count towards your organization’s sustainability goals.
- NEW in 2023! Bridge Member Protective Sealant: Railmark has a proprietary, environmentally safe treating chemical that will seal critical wood bridge members and protect them from rot, decay, inspects, and sparks. Sealing these critical bridge members will also extend their life. A version to seal critical concrete bridge and track members is also available. Railmark applies these sealants with equipment mounted in its custom hi-rail trucks.
- Track Dismantlement & Reclamation: Railmark’s teams can dismantle track facilities and offer several ways to repurpose the materials.
